The 40 Fingers Festival is a collaboration between Kingston University Collegiate Music, the London College of Music, the Royal College of Music and the Colle Ionci Cultural Centre of Rome. 4 Italian pianists: Giuseppe Di Lorenzo, Luise Carluccio, Annalisa Orlando and Silvia Tessari) will present solo recitals of classical and romantic repertoire in the various venues plus an ‘anthology’ concert at the Royal College of Music on the evening of November 12th. In June 2013 piano students from Kingston University and the London College of Music will travel to Rome where they will perform similar concerts, and give broadcasts on Vatican Radio and Radio Libera Tutti.
